Job description
- Regularly maintaining contact with existing clients and seeking potential clients by phone, email, or in person
- Monitoring potential losses and informing superiors accordingly
- Negotiating with all clients, sending offers/contracts to individual guests and groups
- Monitoring sales and marketing results and proposing corrective actions when necessary
- Personally handling individual and group reservations if required
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward colleagues, guests, and hotel clients
- Coordinating and assisting with trainings, fairs, and business trips for sales purposes as instructed by the Director
- Informing superiors of any changes in client profiles
Conditions
- Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of the official language
- Previous hotel work experience preferred
