Job description
- Preparing food items in accordance with standards, norms, and work procedures
- Knowledge of the menu
- Improving work quality and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Adhering to food storage regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assisting with inspection, receiving, and storing of goods
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and kitchen equipment
- Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
- Applying occupational safety measures and equipment – performing other tasks as instructed by the Head Chef
Conditions
- Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of the official language
- Previous hotel work experience preferred
