Job description

  • Preparing food items in accordance with standards, norms, and work procedures
  • Knowledge of the menu
  • Improving work quality and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Adhering to food storage regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Assisting with inspection, receiving, and storing of goods
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and kitchen equipment
  • Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
  • Applying occupational safety measures and equipment – performing other tasks as instructed by the Head Chef

Conditions

  • Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of the official language
  • Previous hotel work experience preferred
