Key responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the menu and preparation of ingredients in accordance with standards, procedures, and recipes
- Continuous improvement of work quality and guest satisfaction
- Compliance with food storage regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and equipment
- Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
- Adherence to occupational health and safety measures
- Performing tasks in line with legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and company objectives
Required qualifications and skills:
- Vocational/secondary education as a chef
- Previous experience in the same or similar roles
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- High level of responsibility in performing job tasks
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language (preferably English, Italian, or German)
