Key responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the menu and preparation of ingredients in accordance with standards, procedures, and recipes
• Continuous improvement of work quality and guest satisfaction
• Compliance with food storage regulations and hygiene standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and equipment
• Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
• Adherence to occupational health and safety measures
• Performing tasks in line with legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and company objectives

Required qualifications and skills:

• Vocational/secondary education as a chef
• Previous experience in the same or similar roles
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• High level of responsibility in performing job tasks

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• Several years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language (preferably English, Italian, or German)
