Job description

  • Processing ingredients and preparing dishes
  • Decorating and presenting dishes for guests
  • Checking ingredient safety and quality of dishes
  • Keeping account of procedures and standards, cleanliness and normative requirements
  • Maintaining kitchen inventory, equipment and devices as well as adhering to all sanitary regulations, standard operating procedures and occupational safety

Conditions

  • Secondary education in hospitality (qualification – cook)
