Job description
- Processing ingredients and preparing dishes
- Decorating and presenting dishes for guests
- Checking ingredient safety and quality of dishes
- Keeping account of procedures and standards, cleanliness and normative requirements
- Maintaining kitchen inventory, equipment and devices as well as adhering to all sanitary regulations, standard operating procedures and occupational safety
Conditions
- Secondary education in hospitality (qualification – cook)
- Responsibility while performing tasks
