Job description

  • Planning and supervising daily front desk activities related to guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and allocation of rooms to VIP guests
  • Conducting training for new employees, motivating staff toward excellence, handling guest complaints and requests politely and efficiently, and providing further instructions to staff when needed to ensure guest satisfaction; maintaining records of potential guest complaints
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate flow of information regarding rates, room types, billing, and guest requests
  • Receiving and efficiently handling all special guest requests
  • Being familiar with all hotel products and services, as well as information about tourist and business travel of interest to guests; supervising all cashier transactions, staff, and updating relevant information
  • At the end of the shift, submitting reports on guest complaints, unusual situations, incidents, and matters requiring follow-up to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Conditions

  • Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of the official language
  • Previous hotel work experience preferred
