Job description
- Cleaning assigned guest units according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and vacuuming
- Checking the condition and functionality of guest units and reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor
- Cleaning hallways and public area floors near assigned guest units, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and storage areas
- Responding to all guest questions and requests in a friendly and polite manner, taking necessary actions, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed
- Reporting at the end of the shift on guests requiring special attention, discrepancies in room status, unusual situations, and incidents needing follow-up, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction
- Staying informed about hotel products and services to answer guest inquiries, and knowing and strictly following lost and found procedures
Conditions
- Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of the official language
- Previous hotel work experience preferred
